Shipping Components
We ship each component securely and with appropriate packaging. USPS and UPS is our preferred carrier.
Shipping full bikes
We ship in large industry boxes, meant to ship full cycles. We shamelessly re-use the boxes - our contribution towards recycling.
Returns & Refund
We do our best to provide great quality cycles to our customer. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, of receiving merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Canceled orders of any item prior to shipping will be refunded 100%.
Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to BeautifulCycles within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to BeautifulCycles immediately. Please keep the original box and all packing material for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Pease return the item in unused, undamaged condition within 7 days. Damaged and/or used products will not be refunded. BeautifulCycles reserves the right to verify the state of care of returned product before starting the refund. A restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price will apply. This includes labor, packaging, shipping costs, and depreciation as used product.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible to re-shipping fees.

For the warranty questions please contact the component, frame manufactures directly. BeautifulCycles cannot be held liable for warranty claims or labor charges carried out by any other business.
Packing
We pack out cycles very carefully. Each surface area is covered with dual layer of thick foam and bubble wraps. The tubes are covered extra.
The thick cardboard box is filled with paper and bubble wrap.
Yes, we admit, it may get your home messy when you receive the package.
Putting it together
Our approach - you don't need to be a mechanic to put the cycle together.
We provide very clear simple step-by-step instructions on how to put-together your cycle, including what tools you need, and in what sequence.
